Clinical Training & Continuing Education for Therapists

Live CE workshops and professional development rooted in relational psychotherapy, designed to help therapists deepen their clinical skills, strengthen their practice, and build meaningful, sustainable careers.

Continuing Education That Deepens Clinical Practice

At Kindman & Co., we believe that deep clinical growth happens through meaningful connection, curiosity, and reflection—not just the accumulation of CE hours.

Our clinical trainings are rooted in relational psychotherapy and informed by a feminist, culturally-responsive, and justice-oriented lens. We create engaging, experiential learning environments where therapists can deepen clinical skills, challenge assumptions, strengthen professional identities, and cultivate more sustainable (and exciting!) ways of practicing.

Whether you're seeking continuing education, fresh clinical perspectives, or opportunities to connect with fellow values-aligned therapists, our trainings are designed to support both your professional development and your humanity.

“When our lived experiences of theorizing is fundamentally linked to process of self-recovery, of collective liberation, no gap exists between theory and practice. Indeed, what such experience makes more evident is the bond between the two — that ultimately reciprocal process wherein one enables the other.”
