private practice consulting & supervision

We know that therapists are human first—this means that we need help and support like everybody else! We are passionate about helping therapists become more confident and comfortable in their work and build supports for healthy boundary setting and self-care. As relational therapists working from a social-justice lens, we support therapists to more fully embrace their humanity, create sustainability, and incorporate an inclusive, anti-oppressive stance into all facets of their practice.

We didn’t go to school to be business owners, right? Our supervision and business consulting services can help you feel the most emotional reward from your work while also building practice systems that support you best. We work with associate-level clinicians in supervision and solo and group practice owners for business consultation.

clinical Trainings & continuing education at Kindman & Co.

Therapy for Being Human doesn’t stop at the therapy room. We know life is busy and not everyone is ready—or interested—in starting therapy, which is why we also offer a variety of lower-commitment ways to engage with our work.

Our CE-approved clinical trainings help you deepen your clinical work and build a thriving community of like-minded clinicians. These experiences weave together relational, feminist, embodied, and social-justice-informed practices to support healing, growth, and connection. They’re designed for professionals who want to deepen their clinical skills and build more sustainable practice through relational training.

If you’ve been curious about relational therapy or simply want new spaces for learning and self-care, our training offerings might be just the fit you’re looking for.

therapy for therapists

Helping others heal and grow can be deeply meaningful work, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Holding space for pain, trauma, and uncertainty day after day can make it hard to leave work at work, especially when you’re also navigating your own relationships, losses, stressors, and life transitions.

We understand the unique pressures that come with being a therapist or helping professional, because we live them too. Supporting therapists and healers has always been a priority in our practice. We know how important it is to have a space where you don’t need to explain, perform, or stay in the role of the helper.

Therapy offers you a place to be fully human — to process the weight of the work, tend to your own inner world, and have your experiences met with understanding and care.

At Kindman & Co., we're committed to building trusted relationships with values-aligned clinicians throughout Los Angeles who share our belief that the therapeutic relationship is central to healing. Our team practices relational psychotherapy, offers PACT relationship and couples therapy, and is dedicated to providing affirming, justice-oriented care that honors the complexity of being human.

We provide therapy for individuals, couples, relationships, and groups, thoughtfully matching each client with the therapist best suited to their needs. As a group practice we’re accustomed to working collaboratively with other practitioners—supporting clients through multiple units of care (such as individual and couple therapy) to create integrated, relationship-centered therapeutic work.

We'd be honored to partner with you.

Employment

Join a team committed to relational therapy, social justice, and building a workplace where therapists can really thrive.

At Kindman & Co., we believe the best therapy happens when clinicians are supported to bring their full humanity to work. We value curiosity over perfection, authenticity over performance, and know that laughter, playfulness, and genuine connection belong in the therapy room and in the workplace.

We're looking for therapists who want more than just a place to see clients or gain hours for licensure. If you're seeking a collaborative practice where you can continue growing as a clinician, build deeply-connected relationships with colleagues, and create a sustainable career for the long haul, we'd love to hear from you.
