It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation with our care coordinator to learn what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and thoughtfully match you with the therapist who best meets your needs.

Some people move forward, some don’t — both are completely okay.

A few helpful notes:

• We’re a private-pay practice and don’t bill insurance directly (we happily provide superbills for out-of-network benefits).

• We’re based in Los Angeles, offering in-person sessions in Highland Park and telehealth throughout California. Unfortunately, we can’t see clients outside CA.

• We’re best for people seeking ongoing therapy rather than one-time, short-term, or crisis support.
