what the hangout is like
Every Guys Night hangout looks a little different, but most guys come in carrying some version of the same things: work stress, relationship stuff, pressure, loneliness, anger, confusion, or the sense that they’re handling everything on their own.
During Guys Night, we talk about whatever’s showing up in your life—the big things, the small things, the hard things, the funny things, and the things you don’t usually say out loud. Some weeks the conversation is deep, some weeks it’s light.
There’s no “right” way to show up.
We’re here to talk about real life with real people, not to perform or pretend.
This group is for men and masc-presenting adults who want:
Real talk & honest connection, not performance
Space to talk about stress, relationships, pressure, loneliness
Support with stress, anger, or pressure
Support from others who really get what it’s like to show up fully
You don’t need therapy experience or perfect emotional vocabulary to come in.

Guys Night F.A.Q.
-
Yes — it’s therapy-oriented, and led by a trained therapist, but grounded and conversational, not like lecture-style or performance therapy.
-
Not at all — the free info session is just a step to help you decide.
-
No — you just need curiosity and willingness to show up.
-
We aim to make the group accessible and affirming for men, masc-presenting people, trans men, nonbinary folks, queer folks, BIPOC community members, and anyone shaped by masculine expectations.
We offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots, and our space is chosen with physical accessibility in mind.
If you have specific needs or concerns, reach out. We want to make this a place where you feel safe and welcome.
If you’re wondering what being in the room actually feels like, that’s where an info session can help!
