About ME

I have a profound interest in the experience of being human and am amazed at how simultaneously universal and unique each of our stories are. I believe in the power of sharing one’s story; of building connection through our shared moments as well as deepening empathy and understanding via our differences. I am passionate about helping people to feel more intimately connected, have more authenticity, and take action and leadership to bring about the change they’re wanting.

I am a proud feeler of big feelings. I am an activist & feminist. I value emotional risk-taking. I love animals and relish in every moment with my big, furry family. I’m an avid movie-goer and popcorn-eater. I am a D-I-Y crafter, knitter, and connoisseur of all things tea.
