About ME

I am grateful and humbled for the opportunities to assist people in their journey to grow, heal and embrace their authentic selves. I believe everyone deserves to find internal contentment and live life to one’s full potential. I strive to show up in such a way that incites self-worth, self-love and self-insight. In a world that fosters shame, guilt and comparison, it is imperative we recognize how both internal and external factors affect how we view ourselves and the world around us.

When I’m not working I love going to concerts and gigs, exploring the creativity Los Angeles has to offer, travel, and spending time with those who bring me joy.
