About ME

I have always been in awe of the resilience of human beings. We live; we stumble, we hurt, we heal.  If we have the courage to reach for a helping hand, together we can learn to thrive again.

I reject the idea that we as individuals are the sole cause of our distress. Instead, I work with my clients to build awareness of the strengths they already possess, help them connect to additional resources, and build a lasting community to support them. Together we will walk alongside one another with curiosity, warmth, and empathy - the conditions needed to foster more authenticity. We will invite vulnerability to inspire movement. We will also celebrate joys and share laughs together, as I believe humor can offer us great perspective and help us to access our more resilient selves.

I am particularly interested in exploring the harms of traditional stories of masculinity and cultivating a path for male-identified clients toward more vulnerability and deeper intimacy.

In my off hours I’m a snapper of photos, a fan of all things sports, a baker of crusty breads, and a devoted cat and dog parent.
